Level 1:
Level 2:
- An easy 8-10 km round-trip hike on rolling terrain and mostly good trails with up to 300m elevation gain.
- Hike for 3-4 hours, at a relaxed pace.
- For those who have little hiking experience and are in fair physical condition.
Level 3:
- A 9-12 km hike on varied terrain with up to 450m elevation gain. May include some off-trail travel or easy creek crossings.
We hike for 4-5 hours at a moderate pace.
For those who have some hiking experience and are in good physical condition.
Level 4:
- 12-15 km of long steep hikes, on
varied terrain with up to 600m elevation gain. Includes some off-trail
travel, rocky terrain, scree, bush or creek crossings.
- We hike for 5-6 hours at a moderate pace.
- For those who have hiking experience and are in strong physical condition.
Level 5:
- These are long, strenuous hikes over 15km, with more than 600m elevation gain. Includes off-trail travel and rough ground.
- Hikes are 6-8 hours at a moderate pace.
- For those who have hiking experience and are in strong physical condition.
