Outdoor Leaders In Training (Gr. 10-12)

Looking for a fun and active outdoor job this summer?

This popular training course is designed for teens who are interested in leading summer youth camps and are looking for a job this summer. With a strong emphasis on leadership and outdoor skills, teens learn about kid-specific games, basic leadership principles, outdoor gear, and outdoor skills.

At the end of the course, teens have the opportunity to put theory into practice as they plan an overnight trip and take turns leading the group. Teens learn tangible outdoor and leadership skills that will make them employable and eligible to apply for a part-time paid position with our summer camps.
