Get fit hiking the Great Outdoors with one of our Fun, Fitness, and Friendship Series! We all know that regular exercise is the best medicine, but it can be hard to follow through on our best intentions. These eight-week programs are carefully designed to be so much fun that you'll wish they'd never end. The Urban Hiking program will introduce the non-hiker to 16 great urban hikes close to the University. Ther are options to add the hiking body lectures and/or gym program at a discount. The Easy Does It program is a snowshoe program for people looking to get back into a regular outdoor exercise program. (includes the hiking body lectures and a gym program) The Fitness Builder snowshoeing program is for people wanting to take their fitness to the next level. (Includes the hiking body lectures and a gym program). Transportation is by car pool. |
