Cross-Country Sampler

Experience skiing on the trails right in Calgary!  This ski lesson teaches you balance and basic movement on gentle terrain and is great for getting a quick glimpse into the world of cross-country skiing.

 

 

Did you know?

Cross-Country Skiing is one of the best cross-training activities for three reasons:

1.  It uses all major muscle groups of both the upper and lower body for an average caloric expenditure of 950 calories/hour (that’s 250 more than running!)

2.  Low impact, hence less stress on your joints.

3.  Muscles stretch during activity, hence developing strength and Flexibility
