Mountain Biking 201

  Learn advanced skills to help you negotiate more challenging terrain while cross-country biking and freeriding. Start the morning at the U of C campus with exercises to help you learn how to track stand, manual, wheel lift, hop, descend obstacles and much more! After practicing these on level ground, progress to raised ramps, bridges and teeter-totters. Finally, apply your new skills on single-track dirt trails off campus in the afternoon.

Prerequisite: Mountain Bike 101 or equivalent experience.
