D- Advanced Adventure Medic Course

Prerequisite: a current Standard First Aid or Wilderness First Aid (preferred)

This course is designed for wilderness professionals – guides and leaders, those who are going on extended and remote expeditions, or those wishing to work as professional ski patrollers in Alberta. This intense 10-day program involves a high level of commitment from the learner. With its advanced standing by Alberta WH&S, graduates can work as “first aid attendants” within Alberta.
