Swiftwater 2

The dynamic environment of moving water must be treated with respect, especially when the adrenalin is running high during the coordination of a rescue. Learn how to be an asset in a rescue situation with this one-day course that builds on the personal rescue principles learned in Swiftwater Rescue 1.

Certification is provided by the Lifesaving Society.

Prerequisites: Standard First Aid (required for certification to be issued); Swiftwater Rescue 1; ability to swim 50m head up wearing a PFD and helmet.
