Expanding on the Quick Intro course, this one-day introduction focuses on essential climbing skills with some added experience. Including harness, knot, and belaying technique, this course will give you the basic information you need to give climbing a try, and pass a top rope belay test at any gym in the city. Ample practice time allows for more work on efficient movement skills, and technique. We'll also learn how to rappel for a different way to move on the wall! |
