A climbing course especially designed for UofC students, at the lowest price we can possibly offer ($25). The courses are also open to the public for our regular Quick Intro fee ($50) In this 1.5 hr class, you will learn how to properly put on a harness, tie a figure eight follow through knot, and belay a climber with a belay tube. The emphasis is on climbing safely while having fun. This course will give you the skills you will need to pass the belay test at our wall. Meet at the climbing wall 10 minutes early to meet the instructor(s) and sign waivers. |
