Wall Access & Belay Test

Climbing Wall Access

As this is an unsupervised facility, you must assume personal responsibility for your own safety. Prior to accessing the wall you must take our Belay Test, which has three components:

1. Watch an orientation video
2. Sign a liability waiver
3. Demonstrate that you can:

• put on an approved harness
• tie in with a figure-8 follow through knot
• lower and belay safely

Belay Test

No reservation or advanced notice is required - just show up! Upon successful completion of the test you will be given a Climbing Wall Card that is required to access the wall. Cost: $5 (note - this fee is included in our Intro Climbing courses)
