Canoeing-Moderate River Trips

Moderate River Canoe Trips

Featuring faster moving water and some obstacles, Moderate River Trips
require a higher degree of technical canoe strokes and river reading
skills. These trips are perfect for canoeists who have taken the
beginner program or have some experience. All trips include: guide, instruction and all canoe gear. Transportation is provided with the exception of a shuttle vehicle.

Kootenay River

Paddle one of the best tripping rivers around! The Kootenay River
is a beautiful paddle through canyons, hoodoos, and mountains.
Waterfalls, turquoise water, fantastic camping, and exhilarating rapids

Milk River

Enjoy three days of paddling through vast, rolling grasslands, and
unique semi-desert landscapes as we make our way from the Town of Milk
River to Writing-on-Stone Provincial Park. This southern Alberta River
has intimate sandstone canyons, hoodoos, and many small rapids and

North Saskatchewan River

A great river to paddle for your fi rst whitewater experience!
Standing waves and rapids make this river exciting yet easy to
navigate. The trip starts with scenic mountain views as the backdrop
before flowing into a beautiful open valley. Prerequisite: ABC's of Canoeing or Complete Beginner Weekend. Register Now!

 

White River Whitewater

Take your canoeing skills on step further on this exhilarating river
run of continuous grade II-III rapids. The White River is a tributary
of the Kootenay River with intimate white canyons and turquoise water.
The wave trains keep coming and it is one exciting corner after
