Learn how to repair a flat tire, fix a broken chain, do basic maintenance and lubricate the entire drive train.

Learn how to inspect and replace brake pads (including disc brakes), set cable tension and adjust and set both front and rear gear changers.

Learn how to repack and set all four major bearing locations. Bearings should be repacked at least once a year.
