Bear and Cougar Safety Spring / Summer 2011

Are bears, cougars or other animals preventing you from entering the backcountry? This lecture is the perfect opportunity to learn about bear and cougar signs and about their habitat. Gain a better understanding of how and why they react to humans. Special attention is given to dealing with and avoiding bear encounters.
